Basic training for bondage, shibari and kinbaku

No matter whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience. In our regular Shibari course you will learn the basics of rope bondage. This ranges from important safety aspects to basic knots and wrappings to the first restraints and their correct execution. 

The course includes a general introduction for newbies, so that you can join at any time. More experienced participants can meanwhile repeat the contents of the last hour and then receive feedback from the trainer. Then we will each time learn a new basic bondage or deepen an important aspect of bondage, whereby no previous knowledge is required for this. Those who are already more experienced can later combine these with other restraints and use them in creative restraints. Newbies, on the other hand, repeat and deepen this bondage one more time. 

The aim of the basic courses is to learn how to use the rope safely. This is made varied and fun through different knots, wraps and techniques. In addition, the basics of anatomy and safety are taught. Those who then feel confident in handling the rope can then continue to the advanced courses. 

The basic training can be attended in combination with or independently of our "Basics". It prepares for the Advanced and Suspension course. 

Everything you need for the course can be found on site. If you want to bring your own ropes, you are welcome to do so.

Of course it makes sense to come with a partner, but matchmaking can also be done on site

The course lasts about 90 minutes. Entrence is starting at 18 o'clock. Starts around 6:15 p.m.
